As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, it is the perfect time to pause and reflect on those people, places and things we are grateful to have in our lives. Gratitude allows us to see the good in what we have and cultivate appreciation. We will begin with a short gratitude meditation, take a moment to journal, then we will begin our sound journey. Relax and allow the sweet sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum and gong, resonate through you, as we fill the room with the energy of gratitude.
+ Each person will receive a Gratitude journal page and a crystal to enhance their experience.
Comfort is key for this experience: Dress comfortably. Bring mats, props, blankets, eye pillow, sleeping bag, etc. to create a comfortable “nest”. You may also experience this practice seated in a chair if you prefer.
What is a sound bath?
A sounds bath is an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within your body and mind. The soothing sounds and vibrations allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from an active state to a resting state, tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows your brain waves, lowers your blood pressure, and allows for healing.
